An article by FindLaw recaps the proceedings in the conflict between VeriSign and the ICANN about the Site Finder system.
There will be a hearing on Tuesday (May 18) in LA.
According to Jonathan Weinberg, "[i]f VeriSign prevails, ICANN really is going to be legally prohibited from doing all sorts of stuff that it sees as a key part of its mandate".
