Two (new) clues of the development of alternative dispute resolution procedures for domain names:
- one for the ".eu", created by the Commission Regulation (EC) No 874/2004 of 28 April 2004 laying down public policy rules concerning the implementation and functions of the .eu Top Level Domain and the principles governing registration
- one for the ".fr" (France) and ".re" (Reunion Island), to be launched tomorrow, May 11
