BIGOTT, bigott and bigot

The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center publishes today a decision ordering that the name bigott.com be transferred to the holder of the trademark BIGOTT. A different decision was given for bigot.com, in which "the Panel [did] not find the Respondent [was] using the word "bigot" in its generic sense" but found that "the Respondent [was] nonetheless using the disputed domain, bigot.com, to offer goods and services in an arbitrary association with pornography".
