A National Arbitration Forum ruling has been issued in favor of Hillary Rodham Clinton regarding rights to the Internet domain name hillaryclinton.com. This domain name was registered in October 2001.
The Panel found that complainant’s uncontested allegations establish common law rights in the Hillary Clinton mark sufficient to grant standing under the UDRP.
