- DomainTools users are angry at the company which now offers a Registrant Search service (for low fees)
- a registrar is sued for refusing to disclose the identity of a client (TM Blog)...
and the topic is not limited to domain names: In the US, Google recently resisted to reveal who purchased keyword ads.
