Decrease in domain tasting?

Is one my predictions for 2008 becoming true? I believe that preventing domain tasters from having revenues is a solution to the abusive use of the add grace period. It seems that "Google might be going to stop monetizing domains that are less than 5 days old" (Dominik Mueller); Jay Westerdal goes further: "The new Google policy will go into effect before the end of February". Bret@Lextext is skeptical: As long as there are five days to taste domain names, people will use them, to evaluate the value of the names they caught.
