- The Development of the Domain Name Market (Ayesha Hassan, International Chamber of Commerce)
- The Management of a ccTLD (.de: Stefan Welzel, Legal Adviser, DENIC; .eu: Giovanni Seppä, EURID; .nl: Bart Vastenburg, SIDN) and of a gTLD (.info: Phlipp Grabensee, Chair of the Board, Afilias Ltd)
